RECOVER: Rebuilding Educator Competences for Overcoming Vulnerabilities, Empowering Recovery
Project number - 2023-2-LT01-KA210-ADU-000185371
The motivation for the RECOVER project is rooted in the critical need to enhance the quality of recovery coaching for individuals in recovery, ultimately empowering them to navigate their journeys toward sustained recovery successfully. The project recognizes that the support provided by adult educators is instrumental in helping individuals in recovery rebuild their lives. Moreover, the project coordinator and partners often work with disadvantaged groups, where clients can progress into valuable volunteers or even staff members. Therefore, it is essential to equip these individuals with the skills and knowledge required to effectively coach and support others on similar paths to recovery.
